Refund Policy

Shuug assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods once they have been shipped. For lost items, please contact your local Post Office or the respective parcel carrier's office as indicated by your order's tracking information.

In the rare occurrence of a broken bottle, kindly send us a photo at info@shuug.co along with your order number. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. To qualify, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your order, and a photo is required for eligibility.
