So, staying as close to "FRESH OUT THE KITCHEN" as possible, we're sharing our traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors with friends, family, and all. *Traditional Yemeni cooks prepare zhoug, the staple savory hot sauce, using two stones: a large stone called marha’ ( ىهرم ) used as a work surface and a smaller one called wdi ( يدو ) for crushing the ingredients.
